Stefano is one of the three Founders of Beaumont Group with +25 years of Executive Search experience with Financial Control background.
He has secured long-term relationships with top global brands with a successful track record of repeat businesses in Professional Services and Consumer & Retail sectors. Since 2008 he leads the TMT/Professional Services in Italy. With figures driven native mind-set he was in the leadership team of the start-up of Nicholson International European platform with the specific focus of creating full operating offices in Central & Eastern Europe; lived in Belgium as MD Benelux for five years before settling permanently in Italy as COO South Europe for Alexander Mann post merge.

He graduated in Business Economics.

With wife and two grown up children he shares a true passion in winter sports and high trekking adventures.

Volker is a Member of the Board, Managing Director for the DACH region and has almost 30 years of Executive Search and Talent Advisory experience.

He started his career at one of the biggest Search companies in Europe before establishing his own Executive Search organisation in 1995. Since then the majority of his clients come from IT, Internet, e-commerce and alike industries both from Blue Chips and start-up environments. The VC and Private Equity companies play another significant part of the client base. The majority of his business comes from repeat assignments thus he has long lasting partnerships with most of his clients. He covers through his long and extensive experience all areas from Hardware to Software and Services plus niche business in different other industries.

Volker is an Attorney at Law / Lawyer and earned his legal degree from the university in Freiburg, specializing in both labour and contract law.

He is married and lives since more than 20 years in the Munich area. He shares a true passion in sailing, traveling and reading.

Koen is one of the Founders of The Beaumont Group and has 25 years of Executive Search and Talent Advisory experience.

Koen is a senior Executive Searcher, with a proven track record in building repeat business. He is leading the Belux organization and does local and EMEA client management and search delivery for Technology Intense Businesses, Technology vendors, CIO offices and General Industry. Customers are leading global brands, VC and Private Equity Investors, as well as start-ups and scale ups in the tech space. He offers a broad functional search experience with a focus on C and C-1 levels.

He graduated from K.U. Leuven with a Master in Applied Economics and MBA.

He is married with 3 children, enjoys family and social life and is passionate about running and cycling.

Christopher is one of the Founders of Beaumont Group and has 20 years of Executive Search and Talent Advisory experience.

He is leading the Global Technology & Digital Practice for Beaumont Group and he has developed long-term relationships with some of the leading global brands. He has also worked with VC’s and Private Equity Investors who play an ever important role in shaping the ecosystem. He has extensive experience across all of the Technology Value Chain from Hardware to Software and Services. He has worked with Clients and Partners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC.

He graduated from Anglia Polytechnic University with a BSc in European Business Economics.

He is married with two children and has lived in Paris for over 15 years.

Fabien Guerin

Fabien is a member of Beaumont Group’s Board and Managing Director Asia and brings more than 20 years of experience serving clients across the Asia Pacific region.

Fabien has been in China for over 20 years, setting up the Asia network of offices for a leading regional search firm Aspecto Asia Search Group solely focused on the Asian market. Prior to this he founded Talent Fishers, a boutique search and selection company specializing in Asia in 2007. Talent Fishers remains a strategic partner of Beaumont Group.

In China, Fabien was also acting as Country Manager for search firms willing to develop or redeploy their activities in China. Prior to moving to China, Fabien has been working for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the French Embassy to South Korea and then in the French Embassy to the European Union. He started his career with International Search and HR services for the EMDS/HR Gardens Group as an international projects and key accounts Manager.

Fabien has expertise a broad swath of Asia outside of just China as well. He leads Beaumont Group’s client relationships across the region, through Talent Fishers (venture partner of Beaumont) operations in Hong Kong, India, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and mainland China.

He is leading the Global Industry & Manufacturing Practice for Beaumont Group

Fabien is married with four children and shares his professional time between Europe (Asia desk and Industry Practice) and Asia.
