Krzysztof has over 12 years of professional experience in executive search. He has worked mainly for global recruitment companies but also has experience in HR consultancy where he consulted on salary surveys and motivation systems.
Krzysztof has successfully delivered numerous strategic assignments mainly in Consumer Goods & Retail, General Industry (Automotive, Construction, Energy) and Advanced Technology sectors in Poland and in Central & Eastern Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Balkans, Ukraine and Russia). Krzysztof gained strong expertise in “cross – sectors” recruitment for sales & marketing, supply chain, finance and general management functions with local and regional exposure.
He graduated from Business Language College.
