Andrzej brings over 20 years of professional experience in executive search working for international recruitment consultancy companies.
Prior to joining Silvermont Associates 8 years ago, Andrzej worked at Quantum Group where he managed Polish branch and partly worked in UK HQ of the company being responsible for business development and recruitment projects management in Europe. Andrzej successfully managed numerous of recruitment projects at senior and middle management positions for global international corporations. He specializes mainly in Manufacturing sector (automotive, packaging, food, etc.) recruiting for all functions.
He has a degree in Finance & Accounting from School of Business Economics in Warsaw.
