Isabelle is an energetic and dedicated professional with over 27 years of experience in international and multicultural environments.
She held various leadership roles at Fedex, PwC, IBM and Alcon demonstrating her agility to successfully thrive in different roles and contexts for example but not limited: manager at PwC consulting; CFO at IBM Global Financing; Global/EMEA/Local roles within L&D and HR at IBM; HR Director at Alcon a BU of Novartis and lately as executive and leadership coach. With her broad range of Leadership, Consultative and Coaching skills she handles a wide variety of search assignments with a focus on C and C-1 levels across multiple sectors including TMT, consumer goods, pharma, logistics and professional services.
Isabelle earned a MA in applied economics from the University in Leuven and a MA in management from the Vlekho University in Brussels, both in Belgium.
She is passionate about transformational growth and talent development and loves to help people and teams to unlock their potential, take conscious decisions and journey towards becoming more fulfilled.
