Since 2013 Tamar has been Managing Partner of the Beaumont Group in Germany. She focusses on delivering state of the art local and international search projects for her clients.
Tamar is experienced in the international recruitment of Professionals and Specialists on mid and higher Management Level. She has strong Business Know How in Industry (Automotive, Machinery, Logistics) Digitalisation and Services with a main focus on delivering her services in Germany and cross-border on EMEA level and has led and conducted numerous national and international, levelled Executive Search assignments with a focus on Sales and Marketing and Engineering. Tamar has built up a strong practice in supporting Start Up companies with setting foot and building up qualified teams in Germany and Europe.
Tamar graduated in Law at Amsterdam University and absolved a Postgraduate European Law at the College d´Europe in Bruges.
She is passionate about literature, movies, art and fitness and lives with her family near Düsseldorf.
