Sarah is a Partner at TEG, The Beaumont Group’s strategic partner in the United States. Sarah’s entrepreneurial and resilient character drives her success as a leader at TEG and energizes our entire team. As Managing Partner, she holds responsibility for our delivery strategy, team execution, and many of the firm’s key client relationships. Committed to finding high-performing talent – effectively and quickly – she excels in all facets of recruitment and generates satisfied, loyal clients.
For over 15 years, she has led strategic searches and extensive talent projects, frequently managing high-volume hires for national team build outs. When asked what she enjoys most about her job, she told us it is the opportunity to impact the trajectory of her clients’ businesses, which include data analytics client CoStar, telecom giant Time Warner Cable and enterprise network provider Integra. Moreover, Sarah is passionate about positively changing the lives of the people she recruits.
Sarah fostered her relentless creativity and ambition early on in her career. Leading up to TEG, she spent six years at Cable & Wireless in senior management roles of increasing responsibility, following a sales track with Reprographic Technologies and Temps & Co. Currently, Sarah is the Advisory Board Chair for DC-based tech and telecom organization The Hub.
When she is not working her network to unearth the perfect slate of candidates, you can find Sarah with her husband Ted chasing after their two kids at soccer fields and hockey rinks. If hockey wasn’t exciting enough, for more adventurous days, they head out skiing the black diamonds on the North Face in Crested Butte, Colorado (her happy place). Sarah has a BA in History from Duke University.
