His main key search competencies come from BPO/SSC, Financial / Insurance Services, Professional Services, Consumer Goods and B2B sectors.
Michal started his career first in 1995 with a recognized international recruitment from a Branch Manager, through Country Manager, to the role of Managing Director – Central & Eastern Europe leading clients, projects and offices in the region. Completed number of related business courses like at the IPD, Institute of Personnel Development in London, ISM Institute School of Managers in Warsaw among others.
Privately he values sports like tennis, skiing but also psychology development and mindfulness.
