Sascha is a certified Business Coach (DVCT, ECA, Steinbeis University) and has extensive, long lasting experience in coaching Executives and High Potentials in their development of their careers.
Additionally he is a Psychotherapist in his own practice in Starnberg and Munich.
The “humanistic approach of conversation” in accordance of the teachings of Carl Rogers and the “Gestaltarbeit” of Fritz Pearls are the fundament of his work.
He does not tell his clients what to do, he rather interacts with them on the same level. His way of working is goal- and future-oriented and solution focused.
His coaching offerings can be booked in 1:1 – or group sessions as well as remote / online meetings. All sessions are available only in German.
