Focusing on C-level and VP-level roles, her executive search expertise spans the industries of technology, financial services, consulting, audit, and private equity for start-ups, mid-sized as well as blue-chip companies across EMEA and the Americas.
She has been on both sides of the hiring table: as an executive search consultant for Bpifrance and HoffmannGastrock, as well as Head of Talent and Placement Manager for French and Spanish VC-backed tech startups.
As a Senior Executive Search Consultant at Beaumont Group, Dina focuses on developing long-lasting relationships with clients and completing cross-functional executive search missions in EMEA.
She holds a degree in English and American Literature and Drama from the University of Kent, UK.
Dina is trilingual in German, English and French and has lived and worked in all three countries.
