Valeria Bracchi counts on more than 25 years of experience in executive search and recruitment and still believes that, at the end of every hiring process, there is a person who is changing his or her life.
Energetic, curious and naturally empathetic, she approaches every candidate with a thoughtful perspective, while bringing an equally strong understanding of the client’s business, needs and culture.
Valeria began her career in 2001 at Maesina International Search. In 2011, she joined EMA Partners Italy – Calenti & Partners. Over the years, she has managed end-to-end search and selection projects for both multinational and mid-sized companies, working across Consumer, Retail, Media and, more recently, Industrial markets. Her experience ranges from Sales and Marketing to HR, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain and Operations, giving her a broad and naturally curious view of organisations and the people within them.
She navigates each process by balancing soft and hard measures: empathy and assessment. Six Seconds Assessment Certified, she uses emotional intelligence tools to complement her experience and intuition with a structured perspective on people. This helps her look beyond technical skills and understand motivations, leadership style and potential fit within a specific organisational context.
Philosophy graduate and a certified Counsellor in the Empowerment Method, Valeria has always been interested in what drives people, how they relate to one another and what makes them flourish.
And, at the end of a busy day, Valeria is the proud mother of a wonderful young man and of a furry, funny Labrador – which, overall, makes her very good company.
