In her Executive Search experience in Eric Salmon & Partners and Korn Ferry, she has been supporting clients to embrace digital technologies to enable new business initiative and build online to offline business ecosystem, as well as helping Internet/Technology companies penetrate into new markets and achieve fast growth.
Prior to that, she had more than 10 years’ commercial experience in Sales, Marketing and Partner management in HP and Oracle. She worked with both MNC and local Chinese companies across key industries such as Consumer Goods, Life Style, Financial Services, etc. She supported their business transformation and process optimization with digital solutions in a consultative approach.
She also had startup experience in business model exploration, ecosystem setup, and strategic project management for fast growing content business in a local gaming company.
Sandy is Chinese and a graduate from Shanghai International Studies University. She is fluent in Mandarin, English, and Japanese.
