Samarpita is an experienced HR professional with over 12 years of experience across various roles in start-ups, SMEs and large enterprises. She has experience in talent acquisition across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and North Africa. She has been helping clients with not only their stuffing needs but other HR consulting services as well.
Samarpita is Director for Talent Fishers’ Singapore regional office. From Singapore she supports clients across APAC with a focus on South-east Asia, India, Japan and Korea. Before joining Talent Fishers she has worked with different organisations across industries, from IT to construction, and across various roles, from college Lecturer to HR Generalist. She is an electronics engineer by qualification with a post graduate training in HR Management. Having been in both the sides of the ecosystem, she can relate to the needs and challenges of a client very well and is able to bridge the gap with effective and innovative solutions.
