Phattarawan, known as Priaw, currently holds the position of Country General Manager at Talent Fishers – Thailand. In this pivotal role, she oversees the Executive Search operations not only for Thailand but also for the broader Indochina region. Her career in human resources and recruitment began in 2005, and she became a part of the Talent Fishers team in 2016.
Before joining Talent Fishers, Priaw held the position of General Manager at Start Recruitment Co., Ltd. Under her leadership, the firm achieved significant recognition by winning the Thailand Best Recruitment Agency award in 2011, an accolade presented by the Department of Employment in Thailand.
Priaw holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and boasts over 15 years of international experience in aiding organisations in designing and executing transformation projects and talent management solutions. She has an impressive track record of completing numerous successful searches, assisting professionals in advancing their careers.
Throughout her career, Priaw has predominantly focused on placing mid- to top-level executives in both SMEs and Multinational companies. She has handled situations ranging from the startup phase to well-established phases of Western companies’ development in Asia.
