Petra has more than 20 years of HR management experience in automotive and engineering industry.

She has extensive knowledge and experience of the full range of operational and strategic HR work with a focus on organizational development as well as the complete keyboard of personnel management starting with recruiting, corresponding legal and contractual agreements and the onboarding process.
As an operational HR Director she handled all topics related to employee retention such as personnel development, career planning, health prevention, incentive systems, etc. Petra advises her customers on fulfilment of management positions with a focus on the interface of Industry requirements and digitalisation.

Petra has a degree in Business Administration. She is a systemic coach & supervisor and NLP practitioner.

Petra lives in Düsseldorf. She loves dogs, nature in all its diversity and she enjoys art and architecture as well everything that beautifies everyday life.
