Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment and executive search, delivering search mandates, contingencies, and retaining in various industries in Cosmetics, Consumer Goods and Retail, Professional Services, Automotive, and Consulting.
Irina joined the Talent Fishers China team in 2021. She has successfully placed many roles for International, American, and European clients, primarily in Cosmetics, F&B, and Automotive, etc. Irina is also an ICF-certified coach and career consultant.
Before joining Talent Fishers, Irina had previously worked in Finance Consulting as a Growth Manager, helping the organization with BD and marketing activities. Irina also has experience in the Pharma and Event industries in Sales roles.
Her strong ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders across multiple geographies makes Irina a great asset to the team, helping her to relate across cultures and coordinate in any corporate hierarchy.
Raised in one of the coldest cities in Russia, she has worked and lived in Russia, Germany, and China. Currently, she is based full-time in Bratislava (Slovakia) and works with Talent Fishers teams across Asia.
