Since 2017, he has been active as a medical consultant, assisting startups with financing, advising on their market entry strategies, and working as an interim manager himself. He also gained experience working for a specialized firm in Neuilly that operates in medical technology recruiting.
He uses a diverse skill set that encompasses business acumen, success-based strategies, dynamic strategic planning, technical advice, and content development. He is equally proficient in general management, market access, commercial and operational functions, as well as the art of restructuring.
