With 19 years of experience in the recruitment and executive search industry, Christian has closed hundreds of roles, mid-level, senior and executive level, in Russia, Ukraine and China.
He has worked across various industries, mainly consumer (FMCG and retail), manufacturing (automotive, chemicals, packaging, etc.) and logistics/transportation. Christian has spent more than seven years in China and is currently working as Director in Shanghai, covering Greater China.
Before joining Talent Fishers, he worked many years in the executive search industry (Stanton Chase, SpenglerFox) and held senior roles in two international recruitment agencies (Hays, Antal International), across two continents (Europe and Asia).
Christian graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Strasbourg with a bachelors degree in public law and economics, then from the Friedrich Alexander University in Erlangen-Nuremberg with a Diplom-Kaufman (master in business administration).
He is certified in various personality assessment (Thomas International’s DISC, Saville’s Wave, Hogan) and cultural assessment (Hofstede Insights) tools. Besides his native French, Christian speaks fluent English and Russian, very good German and basic Italian.
