Our client, a U.S.-based cybersecurity software company, faced a pivotal leadership challenge: they needed a transformative executive capable of reinvigorating a 35-person sales organization and reigniting growth in an already sizeable $100M business. The mandate required more than strong operational oversight — the company sought a leader who could restore stability, inject renewed energy, and deliver measurable commercial impact across the DACH region.
