The Beaumont Group respects your privacy rights and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy explains our data handling practices with regard to your Personal Data, as well as your rights associated with that data.

The Beaumont Group is an executive search firm, and for these purposes we collect a variety of personal data necessary to provide such services in a secure and highly confidential database. The Beaumont Group treats all Personal Data in a manner consistent with the requirements of General Data Protection Regulation.

The Beaumont Group follows the following principles in order to protect your privacy:

  • Personal data shall be relevant and limited to what is necessary and kept no longer than is necessary

1. Data collection

The collected data that is deemed non-sensitive, includes personally identifiable information such as: professional experience, career history, education history, resume/CV and contact information. We do not keep sensitive information related to race or ethnicity, political views, religion, philosophical beliefs, trade union memberships, physical and/or mental health impairments, sexual orientation, or criminal record.

When you submit a CV to us we collect the personal data you give us to be used for the following purposes and collated with additional data obtained from publicly available data, data from interactions with you and with related third parties.

We will collect, process and store the information you have sent us for recruitment-related purposes, such as contacting you. Additionally, The Beaumont Group may keep your data for a period of time for the purpose of considering you for a different opportunity.

3. Data sharing

We may provide your information to our customers. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties but may, with your permission, share your information with our customers for executive search purposes. Your information may be transferred out of your country to provide executive search services to our designated partners to consider you as a potential candidate for future job opportunities.

4. Data Retention and Security

The Beaumont Group seeks to ensure the security of personal data. When The Beaumont Group collects information about you, we also make sure that your information is protected from unauthorized access, loss, manipulation, falsification, destruction or unauthorized disclosure. This is done through appropriate technical and organisational measures. We generally keep customer information for as long as we believe necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

5. Your rights

a) Access to your data
You have the right to request access to the data we have on you. We will make sure to provide you with a copy of the data we process about you. In order to comply with your request, we may ask you to verify your identity. We will fulfil your request by sending your copy electronically, unless the request expressly specifies a different method. For any subsequent access request, we may charge you with an administrative fee.

b) Data correction & deletion
If you believe that the information we have about you is incorrect, you are welcome to contact us so we can update it and keep your data accurate. Any data that is no longer needed for the specified purposes will be deleted. If at any point you wish for The Beaumont Group to delete information about you, you can simply contact us.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy. We constantly review our Privacy Policy and strive towards making it better. The Beaumont Group will not reduce your rights stated in this Policy without asking for explicit prior consent to the changes.

7. Summary

In accordance with applicable law, we only collect a limited amount of information about you that is necessary for improving our service. We do not use profiling, we do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your data for purposes other than what we specified. We also make sure that your data is stored securely. We delete all information deemed no longer necessary. We constantly review our Privacy Policy in order to make it better and protect you more.
