Privacy Policy

Privacy is important to us. This is why we hereby explain the rights of the individuals whose personal data we process in our database.

Beaumont Group has set up a database in which it collects information regarding interesting professional profiles. The database collects information that is publically available complemented with information obtained from other sources.

 
1. DATA, PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

The purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended, the data that are processed and the legal basis for the processing: Beaumont Group is active in the fields of:

– Assessment
– Executive Search
– Coaching
– Consulting
– Industry Mapping

In order to run these activities proficiently, the members of Beaumont Group use a database that contains profiles from individual professionals. In this database we collect non-sensitive professional information, including the following personally identifiable information:

• Name of the person
• Professional experience
• Career and Education history
• Resume/CV
• Contact information

We do not process any data related to race or ethnicity, political views, religion, philosophical beliefs, trade union memberships, physical and/or mental health impairments, sexual orientation or criminal record.
All members of Beaumont Group and their authorized staff have access to the database and can consult the personal data. The database software furthermore allows the users to run an automated search in the database on the basis of defined criteria (e.g. the industry sector or the function).

2. TECHNICAL SPECIFICITIES REGARDING THE DATABASE

The database in which the personal data are stored is a secured cloud based information technology system which allows Beaumont Group to manage its activities.

3. THE PERIOD FOR WHICH THE PERSONAL DATA WILL BE STORED

The period for which the personal data will be stored, or if that is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period:
The personal data will be stored in the database for five years.
If, during this period, the personal data are updated, the personal data will be maintained for five years following the latest update. We opine that this is a relevant period in view of our activities. When a professional profile has not been updated for five years, the information is no longer relevant in view of the abovementioned purposes
Upon completion of this period, we will erase the data at our proper initiative.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY OF THE DATA

Only members of Beaumont group and their authorized staff have access to the personal data, and the data will be processed for internal use only.
The data will not be shared with third parties, such as clients of Beaumont Group, without the prior approval of the individual concerned.

5. SECURITY OF THE DATA

The members of Beaumont Group have taken all the necessary legal, technical and organizational measures in order to ensure that the information stored in the database is protected against unauthorized or unlawful processing, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure and against accidental loss, manipulation, falsification, destruction or damage.

6. PRIVACY RIGHTS

Every person has the right to obtain a copy of the personal data that we process about that person. We will fulfil the request by sending a copy electronically, unless the request expressly specifies a different method. For any subsequent access request, we may charge an administrative fee.
If you believe that the information we have about you is incorrect, you are welcome to contact us so we can update it and keep the data accurate.
If at any point you wish for The Beaumont Group to delete information about you, you can simply contact us.
If you wish to exercise any of these rights, you can simply send a message by e-mail to any staff member of Beaumont Group. In order to comply with the request, we may ask you to confirm your identity.

7. THE RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

If you feel that Beaumont Group is not respecting your privacy, you can send an e-mail to brussels@beaumontgroup.com. If you feel that your complaint was not adequately dealt with, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your state of residence.
