Olga is an enthusiastic and experienced Talent Seeker who successfully staffed Experts and Managers in the IT and Finance sector throughout different industries. Due to her service-oriented attitude and curiosity to see peoples intrinsic motivations, she is a strong partner who understands a positions requirements on a deep level.

After her studies in Business Economics in Münster, she started to work in Human Resources Management for a Global Player in the Chemistry Industry. In 2016 she started her career in Recruitment in an international agency as Consultant and later Team Manager. She has great experience closing IT positions at different stages.

In 2021 Olga started her own business with focus on Expert and Executive Search in the Tech and Finance area, providing effective, hand in hand cooperation with her customers.
She is passionate about doing sports as hiking, volleyball and yoga, reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends, living near to Dusseldorf.
