Carolyn has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of human resources in international IT, media and e-commerce companies.
During this time, she was responsible for large teams of experts as well as challenging M&A and transformation projects as CHRO. In 2014, she founded her own HR consulting company in parallel. In the meantime, she advises dynamically growing, internationally oriented start-ups as well as medium-sized and listed companies in the implementation of challenging HR projects and support them in filling open vacancies in the areas of Human Resources, Finance and Legal.
Carolyn has a bachelor’s degree in professional human resources management (CCI)
She lived in Spain and Switzerland for a short time and has now lived near Munich for over 20 years.
Carolyn loves to hike in the mountains and play golf.
