Burak is a strategic and outcome focused C-Level Executive with 25 years of work experience in general management, sales, and marketing.He worked mainly for energy, oil&gas companies, and has over 5 years of experience in HR as the founder of a strategic talent management company in Istanbul.

He is mainly focused on delivering talent search and selection projects for energy, oil and gas, logistics, industrial, technology, textile companies in Turkey. Besides recruitment and talent hunting he is also leading a number of projects in talent transformation including sales team performance check study,succession planning, evaluation of company culture , leadership capabilities.He has also introduced- a first time in the market -digital recruitment platform designed for new graduates only called Fresh Talent.

He has BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from Yıldız Technical Universiy and BA Philosophy degree from Istanbul University. He has also a post graduate diploma in Business Studies from Metropolitan University in London.

He is interested in music, philosophy, writing, swimming and travelling.
